For clients to reserve an appointment without paying online, you will need:

- PHP 7.4 or later
- A page on which to display the booking calendar
Booking with online payment
To take payment during booking, you will need everything listed alongside, plus:
- WooCommerce installed and activated
- A compatible payment gateway connected to WooCommerce
- A live payment-provider account, such as Stripe
Any transaction fees charged by WooCommerce extensions or your payment provider are separate from the Lamuvor licence.

No. Simple Appointment Booking is deliberately designed for one independent practitioner offering one core service. It is not intended to manage teams, staff calendars or multiple service catalogues.
Do I need WooCommerce?
Only if you want clients to pay during the booking process. WooCommerce is not required when clients are booking an appointment without making an online payment.
Can I accept payment through Stripe?
Yes. Payment is handled through WooCommerce, so you can use a compatible Stripe payment gateway connected to your WooCommerce checkout.
Can clients book without paying?
Yes. You can use the plugin as a booking-only system. Clients choose an available appointment, enter their details and receive confirmation without going through checkout.
Can appointments be rearranged or cancelled?
Yes. You can edit or rearrange a booked appointment, cancel it and send the appropriate notification to the client. Paid bookings also include refund-management options.
