These Terms and Conditions apply when you use the Lamuvor website or purchase Simple Appointment Booking.

2. Our product

Simple Appointment Booking is a WordPress plugin designed for a sole practitioner offering one service.

It can be used for appointment bookings without payment. Optional online payments require WooCommerce and a compatible payment provider selected and connected by you.

The plugin is intended for use on WordPress websites. You are responsible for ensuring that your website, hosting, WordPress version, theme, plugins and any payment-provider account meet your own requirements.

3. Who may purchase

At launch, Lamuvor products are sold to customers in the United Kingdom only.

The plugin is designed primarily for business use. If you buy as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your mandatory consumer rights.

4. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are displayed before you place an order. Any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout.

When you place an order, you are asking us to supply the plugin and annual licence. Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation and make the download available.

Payments are processed through our payment provider. Depending on your bank, the payment may appear as The Eco Wellbeing Co or TEWC on your statement.

We may cancel an order and issue a full refund where there is a genuine pricing, technical or availability error, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

5. Your licence

Your purchase gives you a non-transferable licence to use Simple Appointment Booking on one WordPress website for the active licence period.

Your licence includes access to available plugin updates and email support during that period.

You must not share your licence key, account access or download link with another person or use one licence across multiple websites. A separate licence is required for each WordPress website.

6. Licence term, renewal and cancellation

Your licence runs for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Unless you cancel before the renewal date, your licence will renew automatically each year at the price shown to you before renewal. We will provide renewal information in advance.

You can cancel future renewal at any time through the Your Account area of this website. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not normally refund an amount already paid or end access early. Your licence, updates and support remain available until the end of the paid licence period.

If you are unable to access Your Account, you can contact support@lamuvor.com for help.

We may change the renewal price for a future renewal, but will tell you beforehand.

7. Digital downloads, cancellation and refunds

Simple Appointment Booking is supplied as digital content.

If you are a consumer, you normally have a 14-day cancellation period. At checkout, we may ask you to actively confirm both that:

• you want the download and licence to begin immediately; and
• you understand that beginning immediate supply means you lose your statutory right to cancel during that 14-day period.

If you give that consent and acknowledgement, your download is made available immediately and you lose the right to cancel merely because you have changed your mind.

If you do not give that consent, we will not begin supplying the digital content until the cancellation period has ended.

After the cancellation period, or after you have requested immediate supply, there is no routine or pro-rata refund for unused time. This does not affect your legal rights if the plugin is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

To cancel where you retain a cancellation right, email support@lamuvor.com with your name, order reference and clear statement that you wish to cancel.

8. Support and updates

We aim to respond to support requests within 24 hours and will often respond sooner. This is an aim, not a guaranteed response time.

Support is provided by email and covers reasonable help with installation, setup and reported plugin faults. It does not include custom development, changes to third-party themes or plugins, hosting administration, or support for payment providers.

We may release updates, improvements and fixes during an active licence period. We do not guarantee compatibility with every WordPress theme, hosting provider, payment gateway or third-party plugin.

9. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• keeping WordPress, themes and plugins updated;
• taking suitable backups before installing updates;
• maintaining your own website, hosting and security;
• choosing and configuring any payment provider;
• ensuring your own website has the appropriate privacy information, terms, cancellation policies and legal notices for your customers; and
• complying with applicable data-protection, consumer and professional requirements in your own business.

10. Third-party services

Simple Appointment Booking can work alongside services such as WordPress, WooCommerce, payment providers, hosting companies and email services. These services are operated independently and may have their own fees, terms, policies and technical requirements.

We are not responsible for outages, changes, fees or failures caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

11. Intellectual property

The Lamuvor name, website content, branding, documentation and other materials are owned by or licensed to Gary Lloyd trading as The Eco Wellbeing Co.

You may not copy or use Lamuvor branding, documentation or website content without written permission.

12. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, loss caused by your website or third-party services, or losses arising from use of the plugin outside its stated purpose.

Our total liability relating to your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant licence in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Privacy

Our use of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always appear on this page with its effective date.

Changes will apply to new purchases and future renewals. They will not remove rights you have already paid for during an active licence period unless required by law.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you rights in another part of the United Kingdom.
